7:00 p.m. Shabbat/Prayer & Praise
L.O.V.E. Church has numerous ministries to be involved in. All of the ministries are provided to build up the body of the Church through teaching, example, fellowship, experience, and participation. You are welcome to join the family at L.O.V.E. Church!
There is an emphasis on the importance of prayer, for "The effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." James 5:16 Both individual as well as corporate prayer are stressed. Even though prayer is incorporated into all of our fellowship and worship gatherings, Friday evenings are set aside specifically for prayer and praise. The body comes together to testify of the goodness of God in their lives as well as to bind together to pray corporately believing that, "For where two or three gather in my name, there I am in the midst of them." Matthew 18:20. God is moving in a mighty way among the believers. Prayer & Praise is at 7:00pm every Friday evening. You are invited!
We, at L.O.V.E. Church, realize that our youth are the future leaders of the church, therefore, much effort is put forth to mentor and equip the younger people of the church. Pastor Wright is adamant about helping young people discover their gifts and abilities. He also sets them into positions of service within the church so their gifts may be developed under the leading and guidance of mature Christians watching over them.
Singing praises and worshipping God is an intregal part of the services at L.O.V.E. Church. The realization of having been delivered from the wrath of a Holy God through the blood of Yeshua the Messiah gives us reason to sing and shout His praises! In addition to the praise, there are also times of silence and reverent worship, as the Spirit leads. The melodic harmony of the voices of the entire congregation is overwhelmingly beautiful... truly a sweet fragrance unto the Lord.
Praise and worship is led by several gifted members of the congregation who are committed to their callings on their instruments and with their voices. They are led by our Minister of Music, Solomon Wright.
If you have never experienced anything other than a traditional church service, please come and join in our services. The praise and worship experience at L.O.V.E. Church is amazing! It's not a performance, but truly an offering to God. You will be blessed!
Elders / Seniors
Although most people don't want to admit they might be an elder or a senior, we realize the value of older, seasoned followers of the Messiah among us. God's Word instructs that the older men and women teach the young how to walk the Christian walk: to be good husbands, wives, & children; to love others as Jesus loved; to forgive seventy times seven; to esteem others more highly than yourselves; to be obedient to God's Word; etc.
So-o-o many things can be learned from our treasured seniors, if we have ears to hear. God forbid that we ever take them for granted!
